Conducting Lantern and

Use the Taming Bands to park a Bleeker at the Bleeker symbol to raise the platform, then use the Conducting Lantern on the other platform with the Balloon symbol to raise that platform.

Deploy the Scouting Lens at the Balloon symbol (not on the platform) next to the platform and view the map. Hit the targets on the platform in the order shown in the map to raise the platform, then use the Conducting Lantern on the other platform with the Bleeker symbol to raise that platform.

Pull the lever at the center area and compare the symbols on the pillars to the ones shown on the platforms. Rotate the platforms using the Conducting Lantern on the crystal nearest the platform to turn. Match the symbols on the platforms to the symbols on the pillars, then pull the lever to open the giant door to access the chest.
