If there's anyone the Tambas can't stand, it's the self-proclaimed Cariblin sage Brenirr who was exiled (for being annoying) and now lives alone on the Northern Plateaus. It is therefore ironic that this is the wisest of the knowledgeable Cariblins, who can tell you everything there is about The Blunder. Finding him is a good first step to figure out the role the Cariblins had in this large-scale event.
